Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking a System Administrator IV to directly support NSWC Crane Division, Code MXM, focusing on EMSO-enabled modeling and simulation. You will build and sustain Live, Virtual, and Constructive environments and establish an NIFC-EW node with the LVC team.

Responsibilities include plan/executing LVC events, integrating engines/simulators, and supporting HWIL applications while operating in classified environments. DoD secret clearance and ABET-accredited degree required.

Qualifications

• Active DoD SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree from ABET-accredited program.
• 10+ years of systems administration experience.
• Current member of the Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF).
• Experience with LVC events and integrating constructive engines/simulators.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a NIFC-EW node per MIL-HDBK-539 with the LVC team.
• Plan and execute distributed and non-distributed LVC events; script/unify M&S systems.
• Integrate engines/simulators (NCTE, NGTS, JSAF, AFSIM) and RTSo databases.
• Support Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) apps and enable cross-application interaction.
• Integrate weather data fusion and ONR TRL-6+ tools (e.g., TruView) into LVC.
• Analyze EW gaps, define requirements for present/future LVC envs.
• Perform site visits to NSWC Crane and remote locations.
