Job summary

Evergreen Goodwill in Seattle is seeking a System Administrator to serve as the Level 3 escalation point for the IT service desk. You will resolve complex end-user and endpoint issues and own admin-level work that keeps stores and corporate users productive.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. You will mentor junior technicians, manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and lead infrastructure improvements while maintaining security and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of helpdesk or Tier 2/3 ticket experience
• Strong Windows 10/11 troubleshooting across OS, apps, drivers
• Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration
• Endpoint management and remote support tools (Intune, SCCM/ConfigMgr)
• Networking basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN troubleshooting
• PowerShell scripting for routine tasks
• Clear written communication and documentation
• Judgment on escalation to Systems Engineering

Responsibilities

• Own tickets escalated from Level 1 and 2, drive resolution, document root cause
• Troubleshoot complex Windows endpoint, app, printing, and peripheral issues
• Handle day-to-day accounts: AD and Microsoft 365, MFA, licenses
• Manage endpoints via imaging, deployment, patching, policy assignment
• Provide remote support to multi-location sites and coordinate on-site work
• Identify recurring issues, propose fixes, and handoff to Systems Engineering
• Mentor Level 1/2 engineers and write runbooks
• Support infra projects with end-user rollout and testing
