Job summary

Quivera Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced System Administrator III to provide advanced operational and infrastructure support for a mission-critical datacenter environment. You will ensure availability, integrity, and performance across Windows, Linux, VMware, cloud, and related technologies.

The role acts as SME for Shared Services Datacenter operations, providing Tier II/III support and leading infrastructure initiatives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in IT or related field with related experience.
• Minimum five years in IT with three years in enterprise servers/datacenter.
• Experience with Windows/Linux servers and VMware.
• Backup, recovery, patching, monitoring, DR operations experience.
• Familiarity with DCIM and enterprise monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments.
• Plan, install, test, and maintain datacenter infrastructure and cloud assets.
• Provide Tier II/III support and mentor junior staff.
• Lead infrastructure projects and migrations with stakeholders.
• Develop automation scripts to improve operations and consistency.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, diagrams, and configuration records.
• Ensure security, compliance, and incident response readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors, departments, and project teams.
