Job summary

Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. (MEPPI) seeks a Switchgear Sales Manager to lead Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering for the Switchgear Division.

The role drives revenue growth, strengthens customer relationships, and develops high-performing teams while supporting long-term business objectives. You will oversee commercial proposals, pricing, and bid development; negotiate terms; and coordinate across divisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical sales environment.
• Experience leading commercial negotiations, proposal development, and customer relationship management activities.
• Experience managing and developing technical sales or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial process for customer proposals, specifications, pricing strategies, and bid development.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements that support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strategic customer relationships and support long-term account growth initiatives.
• Lead resolution of customer issues and commercial disputes.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and secure long-term commitments.
• Lead and develop Sales, Marketing, and Application Engineering teams.
