Mitsubishi Electric Power Products Inc. (MEPPI) is seeking an experienced Inside Service Manager to lead service sales, coordination, parts support, and field warranty operations from our service center.

You will focus on pricing, quotes, and process improvements to boost customer satisfaction and drive division growth. You will develop service procedures, support commercial activities, and collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities, while leading, coaching, and developing staff to

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• At least 5 years selling power or utility products and services.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience; equivalent combos acceptable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Inside Service Operations including pricing, quotes, parts support, and service coordination.
• Develop and document service processes and procedures across systems.
• Support commercial activities and review service terms with legal as needed.
• Drive operational excellence in pricing, inventory, service delivery and sales priorities.
• Develop and lead teams with training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales; identify market opportunities.
• Manage service partner relationships and drive equipment, parts, and service sales.
• Track performance, generate reports, and handle customer escalations.
