Moog Avionics in Mineral Wells, Texas seeks an experienced Sustainment Manager to lead post-delivery support, pricing, negotiations, and contracts across commercial and defense programs. You will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain and customers to ensure readiness, reliability, and affordability over the product lifecycle.

The role requires a BS/BA in a related field and 10+ years in aerospace sustainment, with proven contract negotiation skills and strong leadership.

Formación

• BS/BA degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business, or similar discipline.
• 10+ years of aerospace sustainment and after-market experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts of $1M and greater.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and lifecycle sustainment principles.
• Experience working with complex aerospace systems (Avionics, mission systems).
• Proficiency in data analysis, reliability metrics, and performance dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sustainment strategy and grow the sustainment book of business.
• Drive revenue and profit in line with Moog Avionics financial expectations.
• Handle pricing and contract negotiations for sustainment deals.
• Create business cases and perform risk/opportunity assessments.
• Ensure alignment with program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Serve as primary contact for sustainment inquiries from customers and agencies.
• Monitor budgets and procurement forecasts; translate demand into actionable plans.
• Drive continuous product improvement from field data and feedback.
