Job summary

Mytra is hiring a Senior Sustainment Engineer to lead field issue escalations and bridge field data with Engineering and Manufacturing. You will own RCA/CAPA, drive reliability improvements, and mentor others while coordinating with on-site teams and customers.

The role emphasizes building repeatable playbooks, managing spares, and guiding sustainment strategy across multiple sites, including on-site and remote engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field service or sustainment roles in robotics or complex electromechanical systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with wiring, sensors, actuators and energized systems.
• Experience delivering RCA/CAPA and field-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of MTBF/MTTR and uptime metrics for system performance.
• Familiarity with CMMS/PLM and Netsuite for parts tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own technical escalation for complex field issues and drive RCAs.
• Translate field findings into engineering feedback and ECRs.
• Track sustainment readiness metrics and flag reliability trends.
• Handoff from Deployment to hypercare with complete artifacts.
• Build playbooks, manuals, and troubleshooting guides for the field.
