Job summary

Mytra in the United States is seeking a Senior Sustainment Engineer to join our Customer Operations team as we scale from early deployments to a growing installed base of live sites. You’ll own technical escalation, drive RCA/CAPA, and translate field feedback into engineering changes to improve uptime.

Work closely with the Sustainment Lead and cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and interact with customers on-site during hypercare and escalations while building repeatable

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field service, reliability or sustainment roles.
• Hands-on electromechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with RCA/CAPA processes and ownership of issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical escalation for complex field issues and perform RCA/CAPA.
• Translate field data into engineering feedback and ECRs with manufacturing.
• Maintain sustainment readiness metrics and report trends across sites.
• Mentor junior Sustainment Engineers and ensure quality documentation.
