The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Regional EHS Manager to uphold Environmental, Health & Safety standards across U.S. facilities. You will lead compliance initiatives, perform site visits, and analyze safety data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety & Health, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, EHS or relevant study.
• 5+ years of relevant EHS experience, preferably for retail and distribution/supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations, and compliance.
• Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims or risk insurance company standards and requirements.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of EHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead OSHA, Department of Health and regulatory agency investigations and abatements.
• Provide site risk assessments and EHS data analysis to drive improvements.
• Monitor regulatory trends and advise leadership on preparedness procedures.
• Coordinate injury and illness investigations with Legal and insurers.
