Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Sustainability (Regulatory Compliance & Reporting) to lead regulatory reporting and enterprise-wide sustainability initiatives across North America and other regions.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and operations to ensure compliant disclosures and robust processes. Leverage your 10+ years of compliance experience and advanced communication skills to drive change, manage risk, and develop scalable governance for

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Compliance experience.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Proven expertise in ESG and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with cross-functional program development and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CR&S disclosures and regulatory reporting programs across divisions and geographies.
• Translate sustainability regulations into scalable processes and governance.
• Oversee risk assessment and internal controls related to climate and sustainability disclosures.
• Manage and mentor a team delivering CR&S disclosures and related projects.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Global Communications to align requirements.
