Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. seeks a Regional EHS Manager to uphold Environmental, Health & Safety policies across U.S. facilities. Responsibilities include supporting program development, conducting site visits, and driving regulatory compliance with OSHA and health agencies.

You will analyze injury and illness data, lead investigations, and collaborate with senior leadership to implement risk-reduction strategies. Travel of ~50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety & Health, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, EHS or relevant study.
• 5+ years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in retail or distribution.
• Knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing Workers' Compensation claims or risk insurance standards.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of EHS programs across facilities by region.
• Lead OSHA and health/regulatory investigations and abatement actions.
• Conduct site risk assessments and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Coordinate incident reporting and relationships with legal and insurers.
• Travel to sites up to 50%+ to verify compliance and training.
