Job summary

SAM seeks a Professional Land Surveyor to supervise field crews on large-scale surveys and drive project execution. You will coordinate with project teams, review boundaries, and sign drawings while mentoring staff to meet state standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Professional Land Surveyor or eligible to obtain licensure within 12 months.
• Experience managing large-scale survey projects and field teams.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project surveyors and teams to execute project scope and schedule.
• Supervise technicians and field crews on large surveys.
• Perform boundary and alignment reviews and sign/seal plats/drawings.
• Mentor staff on state survey standards and QA/QC processes.
• Contribute to company strategic goals and growth initiatives.
