Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager (PLS) to lead geospatial surveying projects with strong client engagement and team coordination.

The role requires technical leadership and oversight from scope through delivery, ensuring projects meet budget and schedule while maintaining quality standards. You will manage client relationships, support business development, and supervise project teams on complex assignments.

Qualifications

• South Carolina PLS license or ability to obtain SC licensure quickly if licensed in another state.
• 5+ years of post-licensure experience.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel as well as AutoCAD/Civil3D.
• Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record, drug test, and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including scope of work, schedule and fee; monitor budget and progress; manage A/R collections.
• Lead proposals and support business development efforts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as main client contact.
