Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. seeks a Survey Project Manager (PLS) to lead geospatial projects across multiple offices. You will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while cultivating client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.

The role requires SC PLS licensure, 5+ years of post-licensure experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D with MS Word/Excel. A valid driver’s license and clean background are required.

Qualifications

• SC PLS license required.
• 5+ years post-licensure experience.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel as well as AutoCAD/Civil3D.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, drug test, and criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects: scope, schedule, and fee; monitor budget and progress.
• Support business development; assist in proposals and new business.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as key client contact.
• Lead project teams on projects of varying sizes and complexity; ensure quality delivery.
