Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a PSM Project Surveyor to lead the technical production of survey projects. You will ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while directing field work and coordinating with CAD staff and the project manager.

The ideal candidate has a PSM license, 5+ years in land surveying and geomatics, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D/Trimble Business Center skills, with a track record on civil development projects. FLDOT experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying preferred or equivalent experience.
• PSM Professional Land Surveying License required.
• 5+ years in Land Surveying & Geomatics including topographic & boundary surveying.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center experience preferred.
• Experience with FLDOT projects is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the technical and professional production of survey projects.
• Meet quality, schedule, and budget objectives and client service standards.
• Organize technical production, direct field work, and perform quality control.
• Communicate with project manager and CAD technicians to coordinate deliverables.
