McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager in Florida to oversee client-focused surveying projects from scope to completion. You will manage schedules, fees, and resources while mentoring a project team and ensuring compliance with standard surveying practices.

Qualifications

• Florida Survey License required or the ability to obtain FL licensure quickly.
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD/Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects including scope, schedule and fee; balance workload and resources.
• Develop and maintain client relationships; serve as primary client contact.
• Lead negotiations and resolve complex technical and people issues.
• Apply standard surveying practices on projects with varying complexity.
• Lead project teams from planning to completion, including meetings and budget tracking.
• Provide technical, design and project management support in surveying.
