Job summary

Preferred Florida PLS license holder with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation experience. The role requires leadership, revenue generation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced AEC environment.

Qualifications

• Florida State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
• Experience leading survey/geospatial projects in multi-discipline teams.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey/geospatial projects including client communication.
• Prepare proposals and invoicing.
• Oversee 2+ survey crews.
• Develop new business with existing clients and Colliers' service lines.
