Colliers Engineering & Design seeks a Survey Project Manager in Miami/Fort Lauderdale to lead multidisciplinary survey teams and coordinate with clients on land development, infrastructure, and construction projects.

You will mentor staff, manage budgets and schedules, and drive accurate field-to-delivery results while expanding private market and DOT/private project experience in South Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or technical certification in AutoCAD preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in surveying/related field.
• SIT license preferred; CST preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center & Bentley MicroStation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee completion of project tasks with minimal direction.
• Prepare accurate title boundaries, plats, topographic surveys, control surveys, and HDS laser scans.
• Coordinate construction layout within area of specialization.
• Compile survey cost estimates and scope of services.
• Review reports and contract documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead field and office staff across complex projects; monitor budgets and schedules.
• Ensure scope changes and out-of-scope work are approved by the client.
