You will oversee a broad range of survey services, mentor talent, and collaborate with top minds in AEC, guiding data collection from air, ground, and subsurface to deliver precise interpretations and timely results.

Qualifications

• Maine State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
• 8-10+ years of experience in land surveying and related fields.
• Ability to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day land surveying operations.
• Client communication (internal and external).
• Proposal preparation and invoicing.
• Oversee two or more survey crews.
• Develop new business with existing clients and Colliers' service lines.
