Patriot Surveying & Infrastructure seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager with active SC PLS licensure or on track to licensure. You will lead complex surveying projects across civil engineering, linear energy, and land development, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and project profitability.

You will mentor survey professionals, manage budgets, schedules, and business development, and review final survey plans with PLS oversight.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of project management in land surveying/geomatics.
• Active SC Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure or on path to licensure preferred.
• Experience mentoring other survey professionals.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex surveying projects ensuring technical accuracy and profitability.
• Develop proposals, schedule projects, and manage accounts receivable and pre-bill reconciliations.
• Review, stamp, and certify final survey plans and regulatory documents with PLS oversight.
• Provide technical direction to survey crews and perform QC on field data and deliverables.
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new project opportunities; recruit and mentor staff.
