In this senior role, you will supervise survey crews, review plans, stamp final documents, develop proposals, and drive business development while mentoring staff and coordinating permits for CONUS projects.

Qualifications

• Licensed in South Carolina as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with active licensure.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressive land surveying/geomatics experience.
• At least five (5) years operating as a licensed PLS and Project Manager.
• Experience with ALTA surveys, construction staking, and civil engineering principles related to land development.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; knowledge of MicroStation, Revit, or ArcGIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project management including proposal development, scheduling, and profitability.
• Review, stamp, and certify final survey plans, maps, and regulatory documents.
• Provide technical direction to survey crews and technicians; perform QC of field data and deliverables.
• Drive business development and maintain client relationships; recruit and mentor staff.
• Coordinate permits with state and local authorities; ensure safety standards.
