Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an experienced Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in Greenville, SC to take responsible charge of major surveys. The role leads field and office teams, maintains client relationships, and drives project success with authoritative back-office support.

The ideal candidate holds an active SC/GA PLS license (or eligible via comity), robust knowledge of boundary practices, and strong leadership and communication skills for end-to-end project delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Professional Land Surveyor license in SC/GA or eligible via comity/reciprocity.
• Deep knowledge of state surveying laws, boundary practices, and ethics.
• Ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Exercise professional responsible charge over surveying projects and approve work per state standards.
• Lead projects end-to-end from authorization to closeout, including QA/QC.
• Direct, mentor, and develop field crews and drafting staff.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, WIP, and profitability in coordination with leadership.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary technical contact.
