Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead diverse surveying projects in a growing engineering and consulting firm. The role involves mentoring field staff, building client relationships, and delivering high-quality surveys from kickoff to final delivery.

The candidate will manage schedules, budgets, and proposals while ensuring compliance with surveying standards. A SC PLS license and 7+ years of experience are required; a FAA Part 107 drone license is a plus.

Qualifications

• SC PLS license required.
• 7+ years of land surveying experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• FAA Part 107 drone license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage survey projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Prepare construction layout, as-built, boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
• Lead and mentor survey field crews and office staff.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure quality service and project success.
• Prepare proposals, estimates, and bid documents for new work.
• Ensure compliance with applicable surveying standards and regulations.
