Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. seeks an MD PLS Survey Project Manager to lead a team of project managers on large, complex surveys and mentor junior staff. You will drive client satisfaction, develop proposals, and guide projects from scope to completion.

The role requires Maryland PLS licensure (reciprocity OK), Delaware PLS is a plus, with 10+ years in geomatics and CAD/MS Word/Excel proficiency. Full-time, on-site with growth and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Maryland PLS licensure or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Delaware PLS license is highly desired.
• 2+ years post-licensure experience.
• 10+ years in geomatics.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and CAD.
• Strong leadership, team-building and communication abilities.
• Good judgment for complex technical and people assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects: scope of work, schedule, fees, and resources.
• Develop proposals and support business development efforts.
• Lead client relationships; serve as primary client contact.
• Provide technical leadership in standard geomatics practices.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; build industry relationships.
