• 5+ years of experience in survey research and survey operations management.
• End-to-end survey research expertise, including design, sampling, programming, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build survey operations infrastructure and governance with Research Operations.
• Develop a centralized survey registry and governance for sample availability, consent, and privacy.
• Create playbooks covering survey programming, QA, launch procedures, monitoring and escalation.
• Support qualification and enablement of researchers with practical assessment materials and rubrics.
• Define escalation frameworks and pilot evaluation plans for scaling the program.
