Job summary

IMS Legal Strategies seeks a Senior Research Manager to lead consumer survey research projects, design and program surveys, collect and analyze data, and deliver clear reports to clients. The role requires PhD, Master’s, or MBA with experience in survey research, marketing, or consumer psychology, and strong writing skills.

Qualtrics experience is preferred, with attention to detail and client communication essential.

Qualifications

Academic or professional experience in survey research, marketing, or consumer psychology.
Strong data analysis skills with R, SPSS, or similar tools.
Experience programming surveys in Qualtrics or comparable software.
Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Design surveys and experiments; write questionnaires and develop sampling criteria.
Program surveys; check programs and coordinate with vendors.
Collect data; manage sampling and coordinate with vendors.
Analyze data; code open-ended responses and tabulate results.
Write reports; explain methodology, findings and conclusions clearly.
Communicate with clients; participate in calls and presentations.
Manage research projects; ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Handle additional assigned projects and administrative duties.
