gpac LLC. is seeking a Licensed Survey Manager to oversee daily surveying operations, guide field crews and office staff, and deliver high-quality boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and right-of-way surveys.

The role requires leadership across multiple projects and strong client development skills. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and staffing while ensuring regulatory compliance and the use of modern surveying technology.

Qualifikationen

• Requires degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Active PLS license in applicable state preferred; LSIT considered.
• Experience leading field crews and survey staff across multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of ALTA/NSPS, boundary, topographic, and right-of-way surveys.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily surveying operations including field crews and office staff.
• Oversee projects from initial research and fieldwork through final calculations and deliverables.
• Lead and mentor land surveyors, survey technicians, CAD technicians, and field crews.
• Manage project budgets, estimates, contracts, schedules, staffing, and profitability.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide technical oversight and quality control for various survey types.
• Coordinate with civil engineers, developers, contractors, municipalities, and DOTs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and industry standards.
• Oversee surveying technology, equipment, CAD standards, GPS systems, and data collection processes.
• Support recruiting and professional development for the department.
