Job summary

gpac LLC. is seeking a Licensed Survey Manager to lead survey project delivery for public and private clients. The role requires high-level technical oversight, mentoring staff, and ensuring quality standards.

Candidates should be skilled in ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys. Responsibilities include staffing and budgeting, client coordination, and post-processing data from total stations, GPS, levels, 3D laser scanners, and UAS.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of related work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
• Proficient with ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high quality client service.
• Experience with survey equipment (Trimble/Sokkia/Leica).
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery for public and private agencies.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor staff.
• Monitor project performance, QA/QC, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare legal exhibits including plats and survey reports.
• Oversee staffing, budgets, schedules, and resource planning.
• Post-process field data from total stations, GPS, levels, lasers, and UAS.
• Create mapping deliverables including boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys.
• Prepare staking calculations from plans and CAD files.
