Job summary

Dynamic Survey LLC, a division of Dynamic Engineering Consultants, seeks an experienced Project Manager with field survey knowledge to lead small to large scale commercial, residential and private projects. You will maintain leadership across regions and mentor staff while ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities include boundary, ALTA and utility surveys, aerial/topographic surveys, construction layout, and client management.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians.
• Experience with robotic total stations, GPS and leveling; boundary analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead boundary, title and ALTA surveys.
• Oversee aerial and topographic surveys; locate utilities.
• Coordinate construction layout and right-of-way surveys.
• Prepare proposals and manage client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop field staff.
