Galloway & Company, LLC. is seeking an experienced Senior Survey Project Manager to lead a team of office and field staff.

You will utilize your deep knowledge of boundary analysis, ALTA surveys, topographic mapping, and construction layout to plan, oversee, and execute high-quality survey projects across diverse client needs. Qualifications

• Colorado PLS license preferred.
• High school diploma or technical surveying education or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in survey project management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide a dynamic team of office and field staff.
• Lead projects including boundary, topographic, construction surveys and planning, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Mentor and develop staff; participate in hiring decisions and coaching.
• Provide strategic guidance on survey methodologies, quality control, and compliance with statutes and standards.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure scope clarity and proactive communication.
