Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or technical school education in surveying technology.
• At least 10 years of experience in survey project management or leadership.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of survey projects—boundary, topographic, construction, and more—ensuring all are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project managers, project surveyors, CAD technicians, and field crews.
• Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication.
• Technical Expertise: Oversee survey methodologies and quality control, ensuring compliance with statutes, municipal requirements, and Galloway standards.
• Mentorship: Develop staff and foster knowledge sharing within the survey group.
