Job summary

Bowman Consulting in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Survey CAD Technician III. Prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys, convert data to drawings, and perform boundary and stakeout calculations with limited supervision.

The role requires 5+ years in survey/CAD, an associate degree or commensurate experience, and proficiency in Carlson, Inroads/Geopak, or Revit. We value teamwork and accuracy in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of survey and/or CAD experience in land development/land surveying.
• Associate degree in survey, geography, architecture or civil engineering preferred; experience considered.
• Demonstrated proficiency in land surveying and/or surface modeling software: Carlson, Bentley Inroads/Geopak, Revit or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys for final approval and submission.
• Convert data into electronically generated drawings and project documents with accuracy and speed.
• Perform horizontal and vertical computations for boundary surveys and stakeouts; manage multiple projects.
