Job summary

Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. seeks a Survey CAD Technician III to join our team in Fort Myers or Naples, FL. You will prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys and finalize contract documents, working under limited supervision.

The role requires strong CAD and surveying proficiency, a minimum of five years in land development/land survey, and experience with Carlson, Inroads/Geopak or Revit. Local travel may be needed and the position is based in-office.

Qualifications

• Five or more (5+) years of relevant survey and/or CAD experience.
• Associate's degree in survey, geography, architecture or civil engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare working drawings from ALTA surveys for final approval and submission.
• Use critical thinking to start and complete projects with limited supervision.
• Convert data into electronically generated drawings and project documents with accuracy.
• Compute horizontal and vertical positions for boundary surveys and stakeouts.
