Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule elective and urgent cases via phone and fax from physicians and hospital staff.
• Verify information by reading back verbal and written data for accuracy.
• Maintain block bookings and EPIC patient scheduling.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure appropriate resources and time.
• Provide timely communication to surgical teams for case prep.
