Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle. You will lead end-to-end program development, drive procedure sales, education, and adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics across WA, OR, ID, NV, traveling up to 75%.

You will present clinical and economic value to physicians, manage installations, and partner with the sales and service teams to ensure customer success. A hospital/ASC setting background is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product and clinical knowledge to physicians and economic buyers.
• Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel, is a must for the role.
• Work in hospital/ASC settings with appropriate protective gear.
• Self-starter who performs well with autonomy and can think critically under pressure.
• Collaborates effectively within a matrix team and shares learnings with management and peers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans for territory to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets.
• Maintain and update a strategic territory plan; present realistic forecasts to management.
• Lead product demonstrations to secure adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Perform referral education activities to drive procedure sales.
• Coordinate post-sales installation, adoption, and training with customers and service teams.
• Support customers in clinical adoption and ensure achievement of clinical and economic goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Auris products and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of competitors.
