Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Seattle. The territory covers WA, OR, ID, NV. You will lead end-to-end program development, drive clinical and technical discussions, and support adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics products.

You will develop quarterly business plans, present forecasts, and collaborate with sales and service teams to achieve revenue goals while maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + minimum of 3 years of professional and/or related experience or Associate degree or Medical Certification + minimum of 5 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical product as well as clinical knowledge of disease states to physicians and economic buyers is a must.
• The ability to travel extensively up to 75%, including overnight travel within the assigned territory is a must for the role.
• Required to work in a hospital, ASC setting, attending live patient cases and wear protective gear (e.g. lead aprons, masks).
• Self-starter with autonomy and problem-solving under high pressure; collaborative with the team and open to feedback.
• Able to articulate customer needs and manage multiple projects; operate in a regulated ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales targets in the territory.
• Lead product demonstrations and clinical discussions to support adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Support new customers in clinical adoption and ensure customer satisfaction and utilization.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to achieve business objectives and provide ongoing education to customers.
