Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Sr Account Manager to lead field sales in the Pacific Northwest, including WA, OR, ID, and NV, ideally Seattle, WA. The role focuses on developing territory plans, delivering demonstrations, and driving clinical adoption of surgical robotics products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years professional/related experience, or Associate degree/Medical Certification with 5+ years experience.
• Ability to explain technical product and clinical information to physicians and economic buyers.
• Travel up to 75% (overnight within territory).
• Work in hospital/ASC settings and attend live patient cases as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to achieve procedure and disposable sales revenue targets.
• Maintain a detailed strategic business plan for the territory.
• Present realistic sales forecasts to sales management.
• Execute key strategic sales activities to maximize Auris Health capital system and procedure sales.
• Lead technical and clinical product demonstrations to drive adoption of Auris Surgical Robotics technologies.
• Execute referral education activities to increase procedure sales.
• Implement post-sales installation/implementation/adoption protocols with sales and service teams.
• Support new customers’ clinical adoption; ensure customers achieve clinical/economic goals and drive higher utilization.
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Auris Surgical Robotics products; stay ahead of industry/market trends.
