Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coordination for the surgical pathology department.
• Oversee daily workflow for accessioning, grossing, processing, and reporting.
• Implement quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance (CAP/CLIA).
• Manage inventory of pathology supplies, reagents, and equipment.
• Oversee pathology databases and electronic health record systems.
• Provide supervision to pathology support staff and administrative personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
