Allianz Trade North America Surety Team seeks an Executive Surety Underwriter to market and underwrite the assigned Surety portfolio in the U.S., with emphasis on expanding broker relationships and profitability. You will work with the Regional Surety Manager to execute the strategic plan and grow business across the region.

Key requirements include 7+ years in U.S. surety, a four-year business/finance degree, strong broker networks, and the ability to apply data and AI concepts to underwriting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of industry experience in U.S. surety.
• Proven ability to underwrite and grow a surety portfolio.
• Established track record developing business with brokers.

Responsibilities

• Market and underwrite the assigned Surety portfolio in the U.S.
• Maintain and expand broker relationships and market capabilities.
• Document decisions and recommendations clearly and transparently.
• Underwrite in line with Allianz guidelines and portfolio goals.
• Collaborate with Americas and international teams to leverage capabilities.
