Job summary

WTW is seeking a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety accounts with a small team. The role covers bond requests, billing issues, and communicating with underwriters to secure approvals while delivering superior client service.

The position requires a P&C license and 5–7 years in a surety environment, plus strong verbal and written communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• P&C licensed is required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in a Surety environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Willingness to participate in surety industry events.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs for clients, including bond requests, billing issues and bond reports.
• Communicate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
• Respond to clients’ questions about account bond programs, limits and opportunities.
• Support carrier submissions and present proposals to prospects.
• Gather information from prospective clients and perform high-level bond reviews.
