Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client needs including bond requests and billing issues.
• Request updates, analyze them, and communicate data to underwriters.
• Respond to client questions about bond programs and project opportunities.
• Communicate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
• Issue original bonds as needed.
• Collaborate with the surety team to develop carrier submissions and present proposals to prospects.
• Gather information from prospective clients and assist in bond reviews and billing issues.
• Attend client meetings as required.
