Job summary

WTW in Atlanta, GA seeks a Senior Surety Client Manager to support Producers and Account Executives in prospecting and managing surety client accounts. You will handle bond requests, billing, reporting, and ensure timely information flows to underwriters in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

This role requires outstanding verbal and written communication, exceptional time management, and a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

P&C licensed is required to apply.
5-7 years of experience in a Surety environment.
Insurance related certifications desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day client needs including bond requests and billing issues.
Analyze informational updates and communicate data to underwriters.
Respond to clients' questions about account bond programs and project limits.
Communicate with underwriters on account status and bond approvals.
Issue original bonds as needed.
Develop carrier submissions with the surety team and present proposals.
Gather information from prospective clients for high-level bond reviews.
Demonstrate effective communication with internal and external clients/peers/sureties.
