Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of client service/claims management experience, a Producer's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR a High School/GED with 8+ years in client service and/or claims management.
• Producer's License is required or licensed as appropriate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Bid, Performance & Payment Bonds and Renewals as part of the client service team.
• Handle a book of surety business and engage with clients and carriers to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with team to improve workflows and maintain high productivity standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their representatives to ensure they feel supported and valued.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to deliver quality results and maintain accurate data.
