Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management.
• Or high school diploma/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Appropriate licensing as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Issue and execute surety bonds including Bid, Performance, Payment, Maintenance, and Commercial Bonds.
• Support the renewal process with timely, high-quality solutions.
• Handle new business submissions and collaborate to improve workflows.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring data accuracy.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
