Job summary

Aon seeks a Surety Account Executive/Broker to join the Construction Services Group in a hybrid role across Dallas, Houston, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. You will manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients, advise on program structures, and liaise with surety markets to maximize client outcomes.

The position requires 5+ years in surety, strong communication and presentation skills, relationship building, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Surety industry.
• Relationship builder – internally and externally.
• Ability to travel.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and technical proficiency is critical.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of surety clients.
• Provide advisory services outlining surety program options and recommended structures.
• Consult with clients on market conditions and surety companies.
• Secure and manage surety facilities and associated documentation.
• Lead client team in day-to-day account management of surety business.
• Drive growth by collaborating with internal sales producers and other team members.
• Prepare and present surety proposals and presentations.
