American Global seeks an Account Executive to grow Surety presence in Philadelphia/Berwyn and surrounding markets. You’ll develop opportunities, build relationships with contractors and developers, and represent the firm at industry events.

The role requires 5+ years in Surety or related fields, with a strong network and consultative sales approach. Travel and collaboration with internal teams are essential for success. Competitive benefits offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 5+ years of Surety, insurance, construction risk, or closely related industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Surety marketplace, including carrier relationships, underwriting considerations, and client needs.
• Demonstrated business development experience with ability to build relationships and grow a book of business.
• Established network within the construction, Surety, or broader business community preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to engage clients, prospects, carriers, and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business development by identifying, cultivating, and converting opportunities within construction and Surety.
• Build and expand relationships with contractors, developers, construction executives, and centers of influence.
• Represent American Global at industry events, associations, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Understand client needs and present customized Surety solutions that differentiate American Global.
• Partner with internal teams to develop account, marketing, and placement strategies for proposals and RFPs.
• Build and maintain strong carrier and underwriter relationships while staying current on market trends.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve new business and retention goals.
