Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced engineer to advance supportability across product lifecycles. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to embed best practices and drive outcomes that improve customer experience and service delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven improvement, and end-to-end ownership of supportability initiatives across multiple domains. Onsite work at a U.S. office location is expected.

Responsibilities

• Embed supportability requirements across the product lifecycle with Product Management and Engineering.
• Define and drive supportability standards, best practices and governance.
• Lead initiatives to improve support readiness, automation adoption, and autonomous diagnostics.
• Establish technical ownership for supportability programs and measurable customer impact.
• Collaborate with Support Delivery, Customer Success and engineering to close serviceability gaps.
• Drive tooling, data insights, and knowledge to accelerate issue resolution and efficiency.
