Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Senior Support Analyst to join the Global Customer Support team. You will provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and propose pragmatic solutions.

The role requires strong communication, advanced troubleshooting, and the ability to operate in escalated, high-pressure situations. You will help understand the OneTrust platform, collaborate with product teams, and build deep platform knowledge through training.

Responsibilities

• Take support cases from Level 2/3 and troubleshoot with customers.
• Autonomously manage a varied workload and provide updates.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify root causes and solutions.
• Develop deep knowledge of OneTrust platform through training.
• Build privacy expertise and maintain CIPP/E/CIPM certifications.
• Create knowledge articles and suggest process improvements.
• Manage time and commitments while delivering results.
• Escalate and handle unhappy customers when needed.
