Job summary

Roche/Genentech seeks a seasoned Supply Planning Lead at its Holly Springs site to drive the site’s supply planning, S&OP rhythm, and KPI governance. You will lead a high-performing team, align demand with global supply strategies, and ensure finished goods availability while optimizing working capital.

Qualifications

Lead and develop the site supply planning team and standardize the S&OP/IBP process.
Define and monitor site KPIs (OTIF, Schedule Attainment, Plan Adherence).
Oversee Master Data governance (lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) in SAP.
Collaborate across Demand, Site Execution, and Global supply chain strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the site supply planning team for end-to-end execution.
Establish robust governance of material planning, import/export, and customs clearance.
Translate demand plans into Master Production Schedules (MPS) with Production and Purchasing teams.
Drive inventory optimization and minimize write-offs while maintaining service levels.
Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with global networks.
