Job summary

Roche is seeking a seasoned Supply Planning Lead at the Holly Springs, NC site to direct the supply planning organization, champion the S&OP rhythm, and align site operations with global supply chain strategies. You will coach a high-performing team across start-up and routine phases and drive improvements in forecasting, inventory, and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in supply planning, production scheduling, or similar roles.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing site supply planning team.
• Oversee S&OP/IBP processes and KPIs (OTIF, Plan Adherence, Inventory health).
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance.
• Drive start-up phase processes and transition to routine operations.
• Translate demand into master production schedules and manage capital planning.
